Pend Oreille River Access

Located 6 miles west of Sandpoint, Idaho, The Retreat Phase II is a planned unit development comprising over 25 acres. There are six 2 to 2 1/2 acre parcels and over 10 acres of community open space. Each lot has a choice home site with mountain and water views while affording privacy and ample area for the owner to create their own unique living environment. The open space/ common area contains stands of big timber, wetlands and the waters of Little Muskrat Lake. Artesian fed, the lake is an extension of the Pend Oreille River which is accessed via a channel large enough to allow passage of watercraft up to the size of outboard powered bass fishing boats. Some portions of lots 2 thru 6 contain protected areas due to natural attributes of water, wetlands and/or pristine forest.
